Loyalty Software

Creating plug-in, easy to use loyalty software

The Brief

The idea bought to me from Stream Loyalty was to design an easy to use, plugin software that any company looking to invest in creating their own loyalty programme could use. This software would all be operated from an admin portal that companies can access to build the pages of the programme, update site branding, create campaigns for registered customers earn points from, send email or SMS communications to customers and a reward shop for customer to redeem points in.

The Solution

Working with the development team at Stream Loyalty, together we created some basic wireframes to map out the admin portal. From there we were able to present the initial vision of the portal to the directors for approval. With this then all being checked off I was then able to move into creating high resolution wireframes and web assets. We opted to use a side navigation for its effectiveness in scalability. We can show double the number of navigation links in the side navigation as we would in a header navigation. From the home page clients can view statistics of how well their loyalty programmes are performing and create their own data collectors to appear in the insights tab. Creating campaigns couldn’t be simpler with the catalogue of ready-made campaign built in the programme. Editing site pages in real time and easy to use branding page. Build, edit and send programme emails or SMS. Downloading report from the past week, month or year straight into an excel spreadsheet and import data on your sales, customer or products to keep the programme up to date.

The team at Stream Loyalty have made great steps to completing the development of the loyalty software so far. They are having great success in introducing the product to companies that are looking for simple solutions to loyalty programmes. Currently City Plumbing Supplies have rolled out their new loyalty programme using this product and the next company in the process of rolling out a programme is EuroCar Parts. Stream plan to have at least six more clients using the product by middle of 2024.
